In addition, judging from the current production schedule of most Zibo ceramic companies, the current production schedule of each ceramic company is also relatively tight. The vast majority of ceramic companies' orders exceed 10 days, and some manufacturers have scheduled their orders beyond 20 days.

According to an interview with "Ceramic Information", as the sales situation of ceramic tiles gradually improves, the number of large trucks coming to Zibo to load goods has increased significantly in recent days, and some manufacturers are even overcrowded in front of their warehouses, with large trucks waiting to be loaded lined up. There was a long queue. Compared with before, there are significantly more dealers, OEMs, and traders who are anxious to pick up goods.
Compared with last year, Zibo ceramic enterprises started work earlier this year, which to a large extent solved the replenishment needs of many customers. After a wave of replenishment, terminal dealers with better sales faced the problem of reordering, thus promoting the improvement of the production and sales ratio of various ceramic companies.
“After the early replenishment, the number of customers placing orders in recent days has gradually increased.” Song Feng, deputy general manager of Zibo Xinbo Ceramic Technology Co., Ltd., told Ceramic Information that according to previous years’ practice, the annual sales should now be peak.

As the industrial development situation in Zibo production areas has stabilized and rebounded in recent years, some outflow customers have redirected their orders to Zibo, which makes Zibo's sales situation this year better than last year.

It is worth mentioning that although the current production and sales rate of most ceramic companies has reached 80%-90%, unlike last year, this year's sales are significantly better than last year.

According to "Ceramic Information", as of the end of 2020, 80 production lines have been built in the Zibo production area, including 79 ceramic tile production lines and 1 Siwa production line. In addition, Hongshi Ceramics will build a new production line this year, which is currently in the final stage.
It is understood that most ceramic companies in Zibo currently have tight production schedules, including interior wall tiles, and some manufacturers are even having trouble scheduling production. "Compared with the past few days, even manufacturers whose production schedules are not tight, the current interior wall tile production schedule is very tight." said an industry insider in Zibo who did not want to be named.

It is worth mentioning that despite the current tight production schedule, there are still customer orders coming in every day. As of now, manufacturers such as Lianzhong Ceramics, Mingyu Ceramics, and Glenkai Ceramics have all scheduled their production plans to 20 days later, and some companies have even scheduled their production plans into June.
In addition to the tight overall production schedule of interior wall tiles, the production schedule of Zibo floor tile manufacturers is also relatively tight. It is understood that most floor tile manufacturers in Zibo currently have orders scheduled for about 10 days, and some manufacturers even schedule production for longer. In addition, due to the long production scheduling time, some dealer customers have to temporarily transfer orders. "Customers will still wait if production is scheduled for more than 10 days, but if the time is too long, customers will switch to other manufacturers to schedule production, and time waits for no one."
