On March 27, the groundbreaking ceremony for China Power Construction’s 1,600-ton wind power installation platform and 3,600-ton crane ship project was held in Nantong, Jiangsu. After the completion of this platform and crane ship, priority will be given to domestic offshore wind power construction.

Among them, the 1,600-ton wind power installation platform has a total length of 123.95 meters, a width of 48 meters, a maximum operating water depth of 70 meters, and a lifting stroke of 190 meters. The platform is mainly used to install wind turbines of 10 MW and above. It has the transportation capacity to carry two sets of 12 MW wind turbine equipment and large pile foundations at a time. It is suitable for navigation in unlimited navigation areas and can meet the needs of integrated offshore wind power construction operations in deep seas. need.

The 3,600-ton crane ship has a total length of 182 meters, a width of 49 meters, and a lifting stroke of 140 meters. The ship adopts a streamlined design and can carry out offshore lifting operations. It is also suitable for navigation in unlimited navigation areas. It mainly focuses on offshore wind power piling and installation, and also takes into account the lifting and installation of marine structures.
