According to the plan, the "Aida·Modu" will conduct two sea trials in July and August respectively. The first trial voyage lasted for 9 days, focusing on verifying the navigation system, propulsion system, fuel delivery, ballast water treatment, maneuverability and navigation performance and other key systems and technical indicators related to standardization and certification. At the same time, internal vibration and noise testing of each subsystem and the whole ship was carried out in advance. , laying a good foundation for the success of the second sea trial.
"Aida·Modu" has a total length of 323.6 meters, a width of 37.2 meters, and a total tonnage of 135,500 tons. Its successful manufacturing will achieve a "zero" breakthrough in the field of domestically produced large cruise ships, making my country the fifth country in the world capable of building large cruise ships.
Since the construction of the cruise ship started in October 2019, China State Shipbuilding Corporation and relevant member units have successively carried out special research on cruise design, construction, project management and other projects through introduction, digestion and independent innovation. The project progressed steadily, all nodes were successfully completed, and a series of scientific and technological innovation achievements came to fruition. According to the plan, the ship is expected to be completed and delivered by the end of this year.
